Hey everyone! Long time no post, I’ve had a lot of medical problems this past month which have held me back from posting. I’m feeling much better and ready to jump back into blogging and posting! Today I’m here with a few fall outfit ideas to get you excited about the chilly weather!
First, I have a knit and denim look. This look can easily be taken from day to night by just adding a leather jacket. I have this super comfy yellow sweater belted with my favorite jeans all from Express. For shoes I have on my all time favorite booties from Lulus. I am so happy it’s time to wear booties again because I’ve missed these. These are last years take on a sock bootie but I’m excited to try out the new trends this fall.

Next, I have a simple sweater dress. This dress is from American Eagle and I paired it with my beloved over the knee boots. I reccomened getting a cheaper pair of over the knee boots if you plan on wearing them through winter and out at night. These boots tend to be super pricey and you don’t want to ruin an expensive pair. For all three looks I kept it simple with gold accessories and my simple black Kate Spade purse.
Lastly, I have on this adorable lace up cropped sweater with wide leg palazzo pants. These kind of pants are so in right now and I wanted to incorporate them into my fall wardrobe. I think pairing them with a sweater and booties looks super cute and super chic! I also have on these clear aviators because I’m loving this trend right now!
I hope you all enjoyed 🙂 let me know what else you want to see!
Hey everyone, today I’m back with another fall inspired post! I work at the cutest local boutique and want to buy just about everything in the shop..but obviously that isn’t practical. One of the many perks of working at Copper Fox is I get to wear all of the clothes to take pictures for our Instagram. Today I’m going to show you three outfits from there that I think are perfect for fall.
First up I have this adorable knit tank paired with the cutest corduroy pants. I think this top is perfect for this time of year because it is knit so it gives you a little bit of warmth but the tank style still keeps you cool in the afternoons. I’m also wearing a silk scarf in my hair to add a trendy touch to the look. Another thing I love about working at a boutique is we feature so many amazing local artists. My choker is made in NYC by Sofia Ramsay but sold at Copper Fox.
Up next I have a corduroy overall dress. This dress screams fall between the overall style, the rusty red color and the corduroy material I don’t know how much more fall we could get. I paired it with a short sleeve stripped tee because it isn’t freezing cold this week. If it is cooler this would look great with tights boots and a turtle neck or sweater. I love that this piece can be worn in the winter, fall and spring so it’s definitely worth the money! For shoes I have on these Free People sandals that look good with just about anything as you can see!
Lastly I have a really casual but cute outfit. I’m wearing this powder blue wrap sweater that I paired with a Free People bralette. This sweater also comes in black and is definitely a closet staple for fall! Cozy sweaters are essential for fall because you can style them a million ways. I have on a pair of jeans I’ve mentioned a few times and they go so well with the color of this sweater. The distressing on the jeans makes this outfit super chill and relaxed. I have on the same shoes in all 3 outfits to show you how versatile they are!
If you are interested in any of these pieces or any other pieces on our Instagram we take over the phone orders! Make sure to follow and keep up with our Instagram so you don’t miss out on new arrivals and sales!
Hey everyone, we’ve made it to Friday once again! This week flew by with the long weekend. Today I am showing you what I wore a few days back when the weather was semi-nice.
I have on this wide neck cream sweater from Pacsun, this sweater is super soft and goes well with jeans and skirts. I love where it hits my waist its not too long or too cropped for school. I paired it with this adorable button up denim skirt from H&M. This skirt is also very versatile and I wear it every season. In the colder months I just throw on some tights and it’s just as cute.
For shoes I have on these ADORABLE Free People booties! I have been eyeing these shoes for so long now and the boutique I work at finally got them in. I had to jump on the opportunity to get them. I absolutely love these shoes and can’t wait to play around and style them with a million different outfits.
Let me know if you’d like to see a post of my favorite shoes for fall!
Hey loves! Today I have another ootd post I swear I’m going to do more planned out and elaborate posts soon. But for now I hope we can all appreciate a good ol’ outfit of the day post.
Like I mentioned in my Sweater Dress Weather post the weather in New York has been really chilly lately, so every outfit needs a jacket. I have on my favorite black raw hem jeans from Current Elliot that I got on super sale at Marshalls. I paired them with this super cute graphic tee that says “peachy” from Forever 21. Over top I have my beloved denim jacket that I wear just about everyday. For shoes I have on my taupe Steve Madden slip on sneakers. I love slip on sneakers for school because I do a lot of walking around and they are so comfortable and practical. This outfit is perfect for day to day running errands or going to class.
Hey everyone! So Labor Day is the official end of summer and I just wanted to make this post to reflect back on the summer I’ve had. This summer has definitely been the most eventful and lively summers I’ve probably ever had. I am beyond thankful for every opportunity I was given this summer.
Starting out I want to recognize and reflect on my personal growth in my career. I started my blogging and fashion journey back in January and I was so nervous to put myself out there. Now I can’t imagine my life without it. I truly have found myself and what I love and I have never felt happier about working and growing up. I got an amazing job that I love waking up and coming too. There isn’t a day that I don’t want to work. Work doesn’t feel like work and that is the biggest goal I have achieved this summer. Diving head first into what I love and focusing heavily on my career goals has been amazing.
This summer I have learned so much about the people around me and our relationships. I have the absolute best group of friends who truly understand me and encourage me to be my best self. As I get older I realize how important healthy relationships are. Sometimes we think because people have been in our lives so long that they have to stay there, and that is not the case. I want every person in my life to have a positive affect on it. My life has no room for negativity and I have figured out who stays and who goes. I think the biggest thing I learned about myself this summer pertaining to relationships is, the relationship I have with myself is so important. It was really hard for me to grow apart from someone who was in my life for so long but, I learned so much about myself losing that person. Loss is really gain sometimes and that is so important for me to remember.
The trips I went on this summer definitely gave me the travel bug. I can’t wait to explore more of the world and see all the beauty it has to offer. I am so extremely blessed to have been able to do all of the things I did this summer. I want to thank my friends and family for being so supportive and helping me with anything they can. They have made the biggest difference in my life and I truly could not be more thankful!

Cheers to the best summer yet, and to many more in the future!
Hey everyone, Happy Labor Day! Long time no post, my first week back to school was very eventful and I wanted to give myself some time to get into the swing of things. But I’m back and ready to talk all things fashion!
Today I am showing you an OOTD that I wore this past weekend to the farmers market and work. The weather here in upstate New York has done a complete 180. It has been in the 50’s and really chilly this past week. I’m not quite ready to bring out my sweaters and vests yet but it definitely isn’t t-shirt weather anymore.
This particular day I wore this amazing tank sweater dress! I am completely obsessed with this dress and I’m excited to style a million different ways this fall. It’s a speckled grey knit dress and it’s perfect for layering. It is from the boutique I work at Copper Fox. I paired it with a light wash distressed denim jacket from H&M. If you’ve been keeping up with my Instagram you know I have brought this jacket through every season. I love layering this under and over other jackets and sweaters. Since it was about 60 degrees this day it was perfect for the little bit of warmth that I needed but not too heavy. I finished the look with white slip on sneakers from Steve Madden.
Hey loves. We made it to Friday, can I get a hallelujah! Today I have four different back to school outfit ideas to share with you. I kept these pretty practical for college students. I also did outfits for warm weather because lets be real, it is still steaming hot the first couple weeks of school. I will do another post with fall outfit ideas.
For this first outfit I kept it very casual and very close to my personal style. I have on this adorable wrap bodysuit from Copper Fox. I paired it with some high waisted girlfriend jeans that I talked about in my Back to School Jeans post. To finish the look I have on a simple pair of white sneakers. I love these ones because they instantly make your outfit look more sporty and relaxed. The pop of red on the sneaker definitely ties in the bodysuit. This outfit is so easy to put together and something similar to what I would wear multiple times a week.
Up next I have a super cute romper. I love rompers because they are so easy to style and great if your in a rush in the morning. This romper is from Urban Outfitters. It’s a great piece to transition from summer to fall. If it is a little colder you can pair it with a long sleeve top and you’re set. Sense it is still 90 degrees here in New York, I paired it with a simple white t-shirt and some slip on sneakers from Steve Madden. White sneakers are a must have for back to school. I have about three pairs that I switch up depending on the vibe my outfit. This outfit is more chill and relaxed so slip on sneakers are perfect!
Up next I have a dressier outfit. This is perfect if you’re going to class and then meeting up with friends or going to an event. Just switch out the sneakers for sandals or a kitten heel and you’re ready to go! I have this stripped crop top from Forever 21 paired with a super cute black denim skirt from Copper Fox. I have on the same Steve Madden sneakers because I walk around campus all day so sneakers are a great option for me. I also like how the sneakers made this outfit more casual. This outfit could easily be worn out at night and I love the versatility. I threw on this denim jacket also from Copper Fox because it can be chilly in class sometimes.
Lastly I wanted to Include a more professional outfit, for my girls who have meetings in between classes or even job interviews. I am super busy going to class, interviews, meeting with professors and doing work for my internship. Some days I like to be comfortable but more professional incase I have “business” to handle. This jumpsuit is by Free People and sold at the boutique I work at Copper Fox. This could be dressed up even more by putting on a collared shirt. You can even pair this with a long sleeve button up shirt when it gets chillier out. I think this is definitely a closet staple for business students. I have this paired with a simple white t-shirt to keep it semi casual and a pair of black pumps. For walking around campus I would switch out the pumps for flats.

Hey everyone, happy Thursday! I hope you are all having a great week so far! I am here with my first back to school post. Today I am sharing three pairs of jeans I think everyone needs for back to school. I have talked about a couple of them in my Favorite Jeans – OOTD and my Distressed Denim & Blush posts but I wanted to dedicate a whole post to these jeans…they’re that good!
First up are these dark wash vintage style jeans. These are a more relaxed fit and so comfortable. These are perfect for back to school because they aren’t super tight and uncomfortable. I went up a size in mine to keep them a little more loose and “boyfriend style.” These are on sale right now and I highly recommend picking up a pair. They look cute with graphic tees, bodysuits, and even cropped hoodies. These are perfect for college students because they can be worn casual to class or dressed up to go out at night.
Next I have these high waisted distressed skinny jeans. These are so flattering and comfortable. Comfort is definitely key when going back to school for me. I love to have one staple pair of distressed jeans in my wardrobe to make my outfits a little more retro and edgy. These go perfectly with just about any top making them so easy to wear to class or even out to dinner.
The last pair are these high waisted distressed girlfriend jeans. I love these because they are a little more fitted and flattering on the bum. These jeans have a great stretch to them and are so easy to move around in. These are another pair that can easily be worn for day or night occasions. During the day with a t-shirt and sneakers and at night with a tight body suit and some pumps. I really recommend Express’ new vintage denim line, I love that all of the jeans are so comfortable and versatile. Being a college student you really want to get the most out of the pieces you buy and these jeans allow that!
